iSupport Group

Purpose

Having bariatric surgery is a serious commitment towards improving your overall health and well-being.  Beacause weight loss is a process, it is important toibuild a support system to get youithrough the coming weeks, months and years.

This is the time to get involved inia Support Group tailored specifically to weight loss surgery ipatients.  We encourage you not to put this off.  To learn more about support groups, please call us at

In support groups, you'll likely meet other Success Stories. People just like you, who have recovered from bariatric surgery, adjusted to disciplined eating habits, and who continue to work toward their personal weight loss goals.

We encourage you to get to know our patients with successful outcomes to gain valuable insight into weight loss strategies and adjusting to this new lifestyle.  During this process, it will also be important to stay up-to-date on your own personal nutritional irequirements.  Read about our Nutrition Counseling & Services to find out what you can do to promote a healthy lifestyle after surgery.  You will be able to speak and follow-up with John Bock, our Clinical Coordinator and Dietitian.
