Bariatric Surgeon

  Dr. Hertzog is a Board Certified General Surgeon and a Fellow of the  American College of Surgeons. He received his Undergraduate  degree from Hamilton College in Clinton,NY.  He attended Medical  School at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and also completed  his surgical training there before going into private practice.

  Dr. Hertzog  is a member of the AMA , the New Jersey Medical Society , the American Society of General  Surgeons and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.

  Dr. Hertzog is Section Chief  of General Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson in Hamilton,NJ. He performs Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery at
Saint Francis Medical Center and has helped build the program.

  He holds professional licensure in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
